Dr. Madsen earned a degree in Business Administration from Utah State University before pursuing dentistry at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, where he excelled academically and clinically while earning multiple awards for his character, humanitarian efforts, and commitment to ethical dentistry.

To further his expertise, Dr. Madsen completed a one-year general practice residency at the University of Utah, gaining advanced
training in all areas of general dentistry.
